Product Description

The cylinder head is installed on the top of the cylinder block to seal the cylinder from the top and form the combustion chamber.It is often in contact with high temperature and high pressure gas, so it bears a lot of thermal load and mechanical load. A cooling water jacket is made in the cylinder head of a water-cooled engine, and the cooling water hole on the lower end face of the cylinder head is communicated with the cooling water hole of the cylinder block. The cylinder head is also equipped with inlet and exhaust valve seats, valve guide holes, which are used to install the inlet and exhaust valves, as well as the intake and exhaust channels. Camshaft bearing holes are also machined on the cylinder head of the overhead camshaft engine to install the camshaft.
