Product Description

This product is mainly used in the clutch control system of automobiles. The clutch sub-pump is actuated by operating the clutch master cylinder, so that the automobile clutch is separated or engaged, and the gear switching is realized.

1.First remove the oil pressure pipeline on the old clutch master cylinder (do not bruise the thread and bell mouth) and keep the pipeline clean. It is best to prepare a suitable container before disassembly to hold the outflowing brake fluid.
2. When installing a new clutch master cylinder, carefully put the top rod into the piston concave hole, and pay attention to the coaxiality of the piston and the top rod.
3. After the clutch master cylinder is replaced, the original brake fluid must be completely drained, and then the new brake fluid can be replaced, otherwise the new clutch master cylinder will be damaged.

4. After adding an appropriate amount of brake fluid to the oil cup, step on the clutch pedal at the driver's seat, about 2/3 of the stroke back and forth several times, so that the brake fluid fills the inner cavity of the clutch master cylinder until the brake fluid flows from the oil outlet outflow. If the clutch master cylinder has a bleed screw, the gas can be discharged directly from the bleed screw.

5. Connect the mooring pressure pipeline of the clutch master cylinder (note: whether the specifications of the oil pipe joint and the interface thread of the clutch master cylinder are the same) and then step on the clutch pedal for several times, and drain the system at the bleed screw of the clutch master cylinder and the clutch cylinder. Make sure to exhaust all the air inside until no air bubbles emerge (some clutch master cylinders do not have a bleed screw, which can be exhausted on the clutch cylinder).

6.Adjust the clearance between the bow and fork of the separating push rod and the stroke of the clutch master cylinder and clutch sub-cylinder, and replenish the brake fluid to the proper position.
7. It is recommended to use genuine brake fluid DOT3 or brake fluid approved by the automobile manufacturer.
8. Only after debugging the performance of the clutch master cylinder can it be driven.
