Product Description

Silicone oil fan clutch uses silicone oil as medium and uses silicone oil shear viscosity to transmit torque. For an engine driven fan, the fan clutch is usually used to control its speed. The clutch is sealed with viscous fluid (silicone oil) and transmits torque by its shear viscosity. A bimetallic sheet is installed in front of the fan to sense the air temperature passing through the radiator, so as to control the amount of silicone oil in the working chamber of the fan. Only when necessary can the torque be transmitted to make the fan rotate. In the initial stage, only the switch type silicone oil fan clutch that cuts off and turns on the rotating driving force at high temperature and low temperature.
