Product Description

On the automatic air conditioner, it is equivalent to the change-over switch on the air conditioner control panel. They all control the air plate of the warm air water tank. If the motor receives the temperature command from the air conditioning computer, the servo motor adjusts the flap position of the air duct of the heating water tank and the evaporation box to achieve the mixing ratio of cold and warm air, so as to complete the control of automatic temperature regulation.

The general car heating system uses the waste heat generated by the engine to warm. The use of heating system will not increase fuel consumption. In the engine cooling system, the cooling water in the warm air water tank does not enter the large cycle of the cooling system. Therefore, the water temperature in the heater water tank remains the same as that of the engine. After the engine enters the normal operating temperature, the heat dissipated by the heater water tank is negligible (calculate its heat dissipation area), so it will not increase the fuel consumption. When the warm air motor works, it needs some electric energy. Theoretically, it will increase some fuel consumption, but it can be ignored. Moreover, the speed is high, especially when running a long distance, the heater motor can not be turned on.

The main motor of the heater drives the plunger oil pump, combustion supporting fan and atomizer to rotate. The oil pump sends the inhaled fuel oil to the atomizer through the oil delivery pipeline. The atomizer mixes the fuel oil with the air inhaled by the combustion fan through the action of centrifugal force in the main combustion chamber, and is ignited by the hot glow plug. It is fully burned in the rear combustion chamber and then turns back. Through the inner wall of the water jacket and the heat sink above, the heat is transferred to the medium in the jacket interlayer - coolant. After heating, the medium circulates in the whole pipeline system under the action of circulating water pump (or thermal convection) to achieve the purpose of heating. The exhaust gas burned by the heater is discharged by the smoke exhaust pipe.
