Product Description

A device for removing particulate impurities from the air. When piston machinery (internal combustion engine, reciprocating compressor, etc.) works, if the inhaled air contains dust and other impurities, it will aggravate the wear of parts, so it must be equipped with air filter.

The air filter consists of a filter element and a housing. The main requirements of the air filter are high filtration efficiency, low flow resistance and continuous use for a long time without maintenance

Our air filter adopts pure imported special heavy vehicle filter paper to filter all impurities with high precision. It has the characteristics of dust removal, wear resistance, low resistance, oil saving and long service life. 1. Technology and process assurance Our air filter is specially designed to prevent the particle size that causes the greatest damage to the engine. During the period of validity, we always guarantee to meet the requirements of engine air consumption, and ensure the above performance by increasing the pleated paper area, accurate embossing (to ensure its geometric stability and its working performance even under wet and pressure) and other complex processes containing science and technology, 2. Solid and reliable material selection In terms of material selection, we also fully consider different service conditions (such as extreme cold and extreme heat) and use imported hot melt adhesive to ensure the most reliable performance and 100% sealing under any possible working conditions. 3. Strict tolerance Our installation dimension is higher than the tolerance requirements of the host design to implement its production process, so as to ensure the matching and complete sealing of the installation of the filter element and the shell. 4. Reliable connection We use high-performance adhesive bonding process to ensure the direct inflow of non clean air; The inferior products often adopt the method of binding or direct embedded folding. This method often causes cracking or gap when the pressure increases, so that the air can enter directly without filtration. 5. Polyurethane raw material, with sealing, waterproof, good elasticity and no leakage.
